It’s interesting to see Gen Z leading the way when it comes to flexibility in homebuying. Here in The Woodlands, I’ve noticed firsthand that Canadians are often more open to the idea of downsizing, while British buyers tend to hold firm on their wish lists. Having spent over twenty years guiding families through these decisions, I know how personal these trade-offs can feel.
